Ian Watson Founder of the Insight Space and Wellbeing Specialist and Educator is offering Wellbeing at Work days, where we educate people in innate resilience principles and the source of wellbeing.
We explore what mental and emotional stress is: how it works, where it comes from and how to prevent it, no matter what people might be up against.

How to approach learning for maximum impact and benefit
Stress in the workplace – what it is and what we think causes it; exposing common misunderstandings
How stressful feelings are created and why stress-management techniques don’t work in the long term
How wellbeing works: accessing innate well-being; the true nature and source of resilience
How you can be less bothered by other people by understanding more about moods and ‘problem’ behaviours
Accessing peace and clarity of mind no matter what the circumstances
We know that every single person has innate mental health and wellbeing, and we want you to know that too.
We don’t give advice, use techniques or tell people what to do – rather we educate and explore universal principles of how wellbeing works and how an understanding of these can help people to naturally access the mental health and resilience they already possess.
As a result of our approach people are able to have their own insights and answers into their own situation – as it is these personal insights or ‘a-ha’ moments that are the agent of real and lasting change.
Ian will be co-hosting the day with leadership coach Elizabeth Lovius.
