Bringing the Three Principles to the World
The Insight Space Ltd was created by Ian Watson in 2013 as a vehicle for our growing range of educational, training and facilitation services.
All of our programmes are based on the Three Principles understanding discovered by the late Sydney Banks.
We run introductory talks and classes through to professional practitioner trainings.
Our Facilitator training in London attracts students from across the globe.
We run workshops and retreats in numerous countries overseas, and we welcome collaborations with locals who are inspired by a similar vision.
We offer private sessions for individuals and couples.
Our courses attract students from all walks of life who wish to learn how these principles can restore peace of mind, unleash creativity and renew resilience in the face of life's challenges.

We don't teach you how to manage your stress, we show you how not to create stress in the first place.
We don't instruct you to quiet your mind, we show you how a quiet mind is your natural state.
We don't give you strategies to improve your life, we show you how your experience of life gets created, and a nicer life is the result.
We don't encourage you to 'work on' your issues or analyze your problems. We help you to uncover a deeper perspective whereby the issue is no longer an issue and the problem no longer exists.
We don't tell you what to believe or how to live your life. Our single goal is to help you understand where all of your experience is coming from. When you realize that, you will see very clearly what kind of beliefs and behaviours will be helpful to you, and you will discard the rest.
