The Path of Ease

Health and Life

Online Webinar Series Commencing June 2026
I haven’t seen a doctor since 1977. It’s not that I’ve never once been sick during all those years. It’s more that I’ve learned - and am still learning - how to take care of my own health and, more importantly, how to understand and work with the benevolent, self-healing intelligence of the life-force energy itself.
Most of us grow up within a framework containing erroneous ideas that limit and distort our inbuilt capacity to thrive, self-heal and live in harmony with ourselves and the world.
We learn to fear ‘germs’, believing they are out to get us. We relate to dis-ease as if it were an enemy to be defeated. We are told that stress is caused by outer circumstances. We imagine the curative power to be in medicines, not within ourselves. We are taught to push through pain, work harder on ourselves, break out of our comfort zones. We’re led to believe we can ‘bio-hack’ and shortcut our way to health whilst going against our own nature.
Over time, in a thousand little ways, we’re encouraged to sacrifice our own wisdom and autonomy in favour of some external authority that supposedly knows better than we do.
“The major problems in the world are the result of the difference between how nature works and the way people think.”
My intention for this programme is to create a space where we can gently unravel the false assumptions that keep us trapped in a never-ending cycle of self-improvement, health-management and pseudo-control of our inner and outer environment.
What a relief it is to manage less and trust more! To let go of the need to be in charge and figure everything out. To slow down enough to be able to listen in and discover what is ready and wanting to happen, as opposed to what we think ought to be happening.
As we begin to shift our attention away from what we think is wrong and needs fixing, we can discover and appreciate all the ways in which life is working perfectly on our behalf and is never against us.
If you are already on your own journey of healing and self-discovery, I hope you will gain inspiration and deeper trust in your inner wisdom and self-healing capacity. And for those who work in the healthcare field, I hope you will find that you can practice with greater ease and confidence in yourself, along with deeper impact and self-empowerment for your clients.
A Four-Part Webinar Series
I’ll be sharing what I’ve gleaned along the way that has proven to be transformational for myself and others. This mostly has to do with unlearning what we have picked up which has been working against our own natural ability to thrive, to trust ourselves, to stay healthy and, where necessary, to heal and recover. It also involves transforming and expanding our perspective in certain areas where we are holding onto a view that is too limited and limiting.
I won’t be telling you what you should take, eat, drink, do or not do - that part is always individual and it’s vital that we each discover what works best for us through fine-tuning our own inner listening and trusting our own wisdom and direct experience more than anyone else’s opinion. The direction of travel will be towards increased self-responsibility and away from unnecessary dependency on external factors.
There will be time for questions and dialogue to clarify and deepen your understanding as well as to demonstrate how a shift in perspective can be a powerful catalyst for releasing areas of struggle. There is always a path of ease available, it’s only ever a question of whether we realise it or not.
“The ultimate cause of human disease is the consequence of our transgression of the universal laws of life.”
“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.”
