Thriving Practice
Health Practitioner Mentoring Day
in Cleveden 18th October 2025
with Ian Watson
Practising with Ease, Enjoyment, Confidence and Abundance!
What is the day about?
Being a health practitioner has its challenges - but it doesn’t have to be a struggle that takes an unnecessary toll on your own wellbeing or personal life. In my experience, practising with ease, enjoyment, confidence and abundance is entirely possible and is actually the most effective way to help and support your clients.
Whether you are just starting out and looking to build up your practice or would like to enjoy greater confidence, ease and abundance in your work and your life, I would love to support you in thriving as a practitioner.
What Can I Offer?
As a practitioner, educator and trainer of practitioners, my particular area of interest has always been the ‘inner game’ of practice. My focus is not so much on what you do as a practitioner but more on where you are doing it from within yourself. Is it from a place of love, ease, enjoyment and fulfilment? Or is it from a different place?
I became curious about the fact that we can have all the knowledge and practical skills to succeed, and yet still find the experience of being a practitioner to be difficult, daunting, stressful or overwhelming. I saw this to be true in my own original profession as a homeopath, and I’ve seen it amongst many of my colleagues in all kinds of helping, coaching and healing roles.
In the outer world, we can struggle with particular aspects of building a practice such as marketing, attracting clients, charging a proper fee, keeping clear boundaries or knowing what approach to take. Or, we can burn ourselves out (as I did) through overwork, over-responsibility and giving constantly to others to our own detriment.
What we are mostly up against, however, is always less visible to us - our own limiting beliefs, learned habitual patterns, self-expectations and the corresponding states of being we are bringing to these areas of our work.
We can easily get caught up in the role and identity of being a healer/helper, losing touch with ourselves in the process. We can also find ourselves working in a way that is out of alignment with our own true nature, creating inner conflict and unintentional self-sabotage.
I’ve spent several decades researching this field, and I wrote and published The Tao of Homeopathy in 2004 to highlight the internal dimension of healing work for my homeopathic colleagues.
The Three Principles Paradigm
I was fortunate to discover the understanding known as the Three Principles in 2011 that simplified my work and provided me with a framework for effective and stress-free practice that can be adopted by anyone.
I love sharing this understanding with health practitioners because I know it will transform your experience of practice as well as significantly enhancing the healing possibilities you can bring to your clients. As your understanding deepens, you will find that you can achieve more by doing less and without the stress - it’s a truly homeopathic approach!
Who Is it For?
The workshop is open to all health practitioners and trainees as well as anyone in a helping or caring role who would like to feel more empowered, resilient, confident and abundant in their work with others.
