True healing involves a growth in consciousness, an opening in awareness and a return to oneself. Everything else is symptom relief.

Healing From the Inside Out

The word ‘heal’ shares the same root as the word ‘whole’, which suggests that true healing is not really about getting rid of anything. Rather, it is a remembrance of the wholeness within.

To be ‘at ease’ is what is most natural to us, and to be ‘ill at ease’ or ‘dis-eased’ can be understood as a signal that we are engaged in a self-healing process through which greater wholeness may be known and experienced.

When we no longer view dis-ease as some kind of dysfunction that needs to be corrected or eradicated, another possibility emerges. What bothers you becomes a gateway to a deeper understanding and experience of yourself.

We begin with the recognition that you are already whole in your true spiritual essence, and that you have everything you need on the inside. Healing, then, is an uncovering of a latent potentiality that already exists within you and is ready to be brought forth, embraced and integrated into your life.

We can open to the possibility that what we think of as dis-ease is not random but purposeful, not a sign of something going wrong but an indication of something that is ready to be embraced and understood. There’s a healing intelligence that is always at work behind the scenes that we can align ourselves with rather than resist or fight against.

From this perspective, we have a totally different relationship to what we think of as dis-ease, and a much wider set of possibilities in terms of what healing might look and feel like.

Whether you work in a healing capacity or are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of your own self-healing journey, you are welcome to join me in this exploration.

True healing began when I stopped trying to fix or change who I was… and started embracing every part of me with compassion and love

The Invitation

I was fortunate to stumble into the world of natural healing as a teenager when I first discovered the Bach flower remedies and homeopathy. I haven’t visited a medical doctor since, choosing to follow my own instincts and a growing trust in the inbuilt self-healing capacity we all possess.

I’ll be sharing what I have come to realise through a lifetime of learning and working in the field of holistic health and inner transformation. While the outer form of my work has changed in many ways, the inner essence has remained the same, and I find that this is true for many of us who are on a similar path. We are all on a journey bringing us home to ourselves in one way or another.

Topics that we will explore together will include -

  • Understanding the body-mind-spirit as a unified whole

  • The gift of individual susceptibility

  • Recognising the intelligence behind all dis-ease

  • How the 3 Principles understanding is a game-changer for all healthcare workers & their clients

  • How we can be doing ‘all the right things’ and yet are still unable to heal and recover

  • Healing difficult relationships

  • What a healing conversation looks and feels like

  • How we can heal and grow from a painful past

  • Dis-ease as a call to realignment with soul

  • The healing power of loving acceptance

  • The homeopathic principle at work in all of life

  • Spontaneous remission aka healing miracles

You are warmly invited to bring your own questions and ‘raw material’ to the weekend - whatever it is that interests you about this topic, that you struggle with, keep returning to, or would like to understand more deeply in your work or in your own life. My hope is that the weekend will provide opportunities for self-healing, realisation and transformation as well as for learning and enjoyment.

Good health is not the absence of symptoms. It is the presence of peace.
